The rights of visitors accessing the <\/strong>https:\/\/www.planinskimuzej.si\/<\/strong><\/a> website, as laid down by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on May 28 2018 for the protection of personal data within the EU.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Right to withdraw your consent<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In accordance with the GDPR, your personal data may be collected, processed and managed by the Slovenian Alpine Museum, solely with your explicit written or electronic consent (requests either made online or through a printed form for receiving notification emails). You may withdraw your consent to the electronic processing of data concerning you at any time either by email, telephone, or in person.<\/p>\n

The Right of access<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You have the right to:<\/p>\n

  • Know whether any personal data concerning you is being processed by the Slovenian Alpine Museum;<\/li>\n
  • Obtain access to the processed personal data concerning you;<\/li>\n
  • Obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients of your personal data, the planned duration of storage, and information about the origin of the data processed concerning you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Right to rectification (correction)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    You have the right to rectification (correction) of any inaccurate personal data concerning you.<\/p>\n

    The Right to restriction of processing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    You have the right to obtain a restriction on data processing from the Slovene Alpine Museum if the processing of your personal data is inaccurate, unlawful, or no longer needed, or in the event of your objection to the data processing.<\/p>\n

    The Right to data portability<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    You have the right to ask to have your personal data, obtained with your explicit consent for notification purposes by the Slovene Alpine Museum, provided in a structured machine-readable format and transmitted directly to another controller, where technically feasible.<\/p>\n

    The Right to object<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    You have the right to object, at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the electronic processing of your personal data that was collected with your explicit consent for the purpose of:<\/p>\n

    – Notification procedures, carried out by automated means;<\/p>\n

    – Direct marketing, including profiling;<\/p>\n

    – Scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest.<\/p>\n

    Automated decisions, including those based on profiling<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing, which may produce legal effects concerning you or affect you in some other way.<\/p>\n

    The Right to lodge a complaint<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, or in the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of your personal data by the Slovenian Alpine Museum infringes the GDPR.<\/p>\n

    The Right to erasure (The Right to be forgotten)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    You have the right to obtain erasure of your personal data or ‘to be forgotten’ when:<\/p>\n

    • The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;<\/li>\n
    • You withdraw the consent on which the processing is based and there are no other legal grounds for the processing;<\/li>\n
    • You object to the processing which was based on your explicit consent and there are no other legal grounds for the processing;<\/li>\n
    • The personal data have been unlawfully processed;<\/li>\n
    • The personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
